Our final day in London was a whirlwind trying to see everything we wanted to in a trip shortened by a day.
The day started visiting 221 Baker Street - the address where Sherlock Holmes lives in the novels. Its really just a tourist spot, but pretty cool nonetheless.
Then onto "real" London - Big Ben, Westminster Abby, Westminster Cathedral, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, and more that I'm sure I forgot. We also paid a visit to Selfridges Store - which is absolutely insane, every designer brand you can ever think of. I personally was just hoping for a reasonably priced memory card reader but was out of luck since the only one they had was around $60 US. (I'm not in that big of a hurry to post photos.
Most of today was traveling from London to Edinburgh Scotland. The image above is from Kings Cross station in London where our train left. You might recognize it from the Harry Potter movies. Unfortunately, it really hurt looking for platform 9 3/4. :)
Edinburgh is a beautiful city - we're excited to explore over the next couple of days. Tomorrow we are going on a tour by the greatest named tour company ever....https://www.thehairycoo.com
